I've been using Tom Ford lipstick for the past few years & the few I have are pretty depleted at this stage. I decided I needed a new one this week but didn't really want to spend big so I bought a Clinique one. It's nice but I found the texture so strange being used to the Tom Ford ones. Never noticed stuff like that before. Ended up ordering a Tom Ford one in the end. So what brands are worth trying that maybe aren't so expensive
Lipstick suggestions
I seeeeee you! I will follow you anywhere.
Depends on the shades you want, Zels. I like Lancome lippys. But I have one lipstick I truley love. NARS-Hot Voodoo.
Overall, the NARS formulas are is too dry, but they are the prettiest shades. So, I hit it with a good moisturize like AVON's "Dew Kisses" .
If you ont find anything ya want..wear some Maison MM-Lipstick ON. hehehe
Where are the eyeshadow ppl? That's my bag.
Hi Covergirl I'm going to look up the Hot Voodoo, I'm getting a Nars blusher this week but I've never tried any of their make up before. Not tried the Lancome lipsticks either, will check them out when I'm in town. I'm an eye shadow fan too. Another thread I think
Hi Zelda, I would love to try Tom Ford lipstick in Black Orchid, and is a LE for 2016, but I think it's a fortune, I will check when I get to San Franciso next month, but what I really want is the Too faced palette calle semi sweet, I have and love the orinal Chocolate bar.
What was the Tom Ford lipstick colour you had?
Hi angel6
I've seen the Black Orchid lipstick mentioned around online looks great. The ones I had were Smoke which is a red & probably my favourite. Ginger is my second favourite & it's orange believe it or not, seems like a hard colour to wear but this works & really lifts your mood, very summery & a bit 70's lol. I have a bright pink also very summer but I can't remember the name & another I think is blackberry which is very dark & my sister says doesn't suit me lol. Probably good for a goth look. The new one I got this week is Cassablanca & it's perfect a dusky pink that suits me.
A wonderful trip ahead for you going to San Francisco have a great time, hope to hear you got something lovely there. I'm going to check out the Too Faced palette
Hi Angel.. Keep talking. I know nothing about Tom Ford's make-up! Details please.
Casabalnca looks stunning!!!!

I love Corals! Is this it?
Hey Zels, Today I ran wild in Sephora's. I found you a brand that is shiney without being greasy! And it didnt have sparkles! YAY!
It was the Tarte-Amazon Butter Line. Feels like puddy and it has a mild peppermint aroma to it. Really pretty. They are basic tinted lip balms/sticks. Depending on how pigmented your natural lips are.
I bought 1 thing. Fingernail polish(Formula X's - TGIF). My credit card thanks me. Now there's another thread. :)
I forgot to mention.. The Tarte formula reminds me of Tish Mcavoy's lip gloss in NUDE. MY LORD!! Hands down my favorite lip tool of all time! It sticks in place. Dont eat anything crumbly..or you'll be laughed at for years. hahahaah.
Lol I'll look them up. Not sure I've seen them around here. I'm on the lookout for another lipstick, or two
I have one Automatique lipstick from Guerlain. The texture is very smooth and sheer feeling yet has full coverage. It's neither greasy or dry but a nice in between creamy texture that lasts. It's the price and the roll up lever from the bottom that I'm just not used to that keeps me from getting more colors.

Hi girls, I just come back from San Francisco, and had a good look on the Tom Ford lipstick, I love Casablanca but if I was to get any it would be the colour Pussycat, it's a little more in the mauve side neutral, but in the end I could not buy it, as I think was too expensive and I have tones of lipsticks, but I came back with a Cle de Peau concealer in the colour Ochre.
It has great coverage and stays all day, I'm happy with my purchase. And also got the too face Semi Sweet palette. I just regrette not getting the Too faced Better than sex mascara. The Sales associate tried on me and was really good it made my eyelashs supper big.
