Hourglass Ambient Strobe Lighting Powder

Hourglass Ambient Strobe Lighting Powder is an illuminating strobing powder designed to help you get the perfect glow. These soft highlighters are ideal for sculpting the face with light, and creating natural-looking, radiant highlights. The sheer base of this product is loaded with multi-sized concentrated, ultra-fine mico-pearl particles that refract light without leaving any metallic finish.

The brand has used Photoluminescent Technology to capture, diffuse, and soften surrounding light. The formula is buildable, and it can be applied wet or dry, depending on the level of intensity you want to achieve. There are four shades to choose from, and each of them is universally flattering.
