Alterna Haircare Caviar CC Cream

Not so long ago we heard about Pantene’s revolutionary BB Cream for hair. The new hair care technology seems to be evolved even further, allowing the Alterna Haircare to develop what is most likely to be the very first CC Cream for hair – the Caviar Cream.

The full name of this product is Alterna Haircare Caviar CC Cream Leave-in Hair Perfector. The product launches in May, just before the warm summer days and when our hair requires the most attention. The Caviar CC Cream is developed to provide a number of benefits in a single application. The product works similarly to CC creams for skin. It is multifunctional and it focuses on perfecting the hair and protecting it from damage. This multi-benefit product can be used both as a treatment and a styling product. It combats dryness and repairs skin’s texture.

The formula is quite unique since it features caviar extract, vitamin C and a blend of marine botanicals. The first to use it was the brand’s famous ambassador Katie Holmes. In an interview for WWD, Katie said: “When I tried the CC Cream I was impressed that this one cream could be utilized in so many ways. I’ve used it as an overnight deep treatment, a blowout cream, and it keeps my ends looking healthy and frizz-free throughout the day.”

Alterna Haircare Caviar CC Cream will be exclusive to Sephora. The product will retail at $25.
