Artdeco launches Scandalous Eyes Collection as the winter 2016 make-up line dedicated to dramatic eyes look. The collection offers products for grooming eyelashes and eyebrows.

- Scandalous Lashes Mascara (15 ml) - The new mascara provides false lashes effect with curved lashes that last, volume and  length. it features a flexible rubber brush and its opaque, deep black texture makes it possible to achieve a  WOW effect with only one coat.

- Easy On Lash Applicator - An easily handled tool to precisely apply false lashes. It features an innovative rounded tip which fits the natural curve of the eyelid. Attach the rounded edge of the lash applicator parallel and as close to the band of the false lashes as possible. Apply the false lashes with the lash applicator as close to your own lash line as possible. Once the false lashes are applied, detach the lash applicator and press the false lashes carefully to your eye with the tip of the closed lash applicator.
