Brooke Shields for MAC Cosmetics

Brooke Shields is launching a makeup collection with MAC Cosmetic! The famous actress has recently inked a deal to create what is announced as the MAC’s biggest ICON makeup range ever!

The hottest celebrity collaborator for MAC is a former model and successful actress who recently made appearances on Lipstick Jungle - an American comedy-drama television series based on the novel by Candace Bushnell, whose column was adapted into the bestselling Sex and the City anthology. Brooke Shields is often mentioned as the owner of the most-famous brows in show business, but soon you will be able to get the same coveted arches as Brooke using only products from MAC’s upcoming makeup collection.

MAC’s Brooke Shields Collection is divided into two concepts. As Shields explains in an interview for WWD: “One was this really fresh-faced, cleaner, daytime look and the other was much more vampy with a big focus on the eyes, and I’m both of these things… “I like the natural part of myself, and I like the sexier side, too.” She adds: “…every woman we know, even if they have a predominant style, definitely has two sides, so we decided to highlight the richness of both of those.” Both lines are launching in October 2014, and they will include 15 stockkeping units, priced from $17 to $85. The central piece of the collection - and the highest priced of its items - is a versatile 16-shade eyeshadow palette. It includes a full rainbow of colors, from a soft golden peachy beige to a matte black, in a range of finishes, from satin to frost, veluxe pearl, and shimmer. The rest of the lineup includes:

The products are delivered in a distinctive grey packaging with orange accents, which is, of course, just another exciting dimension of this limited edition offering. The collection will hit the shelves in all North American MAC stores on Oct. 2nd, and will be introduced worldwide, in no less than 76 countries, by the end of the same month.
