Bumble and bumble introduces Bb.Curl Collection for Curly Hair
Bumble and bumble presents the Bb.Curl collection, a range of six new products dedicated to consumers with all types of curs! As announced by the brand, the Bb.Curl range is all about giving new styling options for naturally curly girls! The collection resonates with one of the top hair trends in 2016 - enhancing and embracing natural hair texture with curls and waves. Over the past few years, we’ve witnessed a major cultural shift as women started wearing their hair in its natural state. The natural-hair movement is giving a rise to a completely new set of beauty standards. Curls of all types are seen everywhere, from advertisements, to catwalk, red carpet, and streets! There is nothing wrong with straight, neat, and chemically treated hair, but the lavishly curly hair is finally in vogue!
On the other hand, let’s admit it, embracing your curls can be quite a journey! That’s why Bumble and bumble has designed a new line of products to offer a wider range of curl types care and styling. The Bb.Curl collection is formulated with Bumble and bumble’s proprietary HydraSculpt Blend, which is a mix of Brazilian oils and a curve-defining polymer designed to combat humidity, and prevent frizz. The formula is hair-friendly, and free from sulfates, phthalates and parabens.

Bb.Curl Shampoo is formulated for any curl type and it retails for $31 for 8.5 oz. The Conditioner can be used after shampooing, as a leave-in softener, or as a co-wash to remove product build up without stripping moisture by shampooing. The product is priced at $34 for 6.7 oz. Bb.Curl PreStyle/ReStyle Primer detangles and conditions freshly cleansed hair, but it can also be used as a dry-curl refresher, as it gives moisture and a slight hold.

The product retails at $28 for 8.5 oz. Defining Crème for waves, ringlets and spirals is designed to help form softly defined curls. The crème retails at $31 for 8.5 oz. Conditioning Mousse also works with ringlets, waves, and spirals, but it gives stronger hold combined with hydration. The mouse retails at $31 for 5 oz. Finally, the Bb. Anti-Humidity Gel-Oil or ringlets, coils, and corkscrews provides the hold of a gel and the nourishment of an oil. The product retails at $34 for 7.2. oz.

The multi-tasking formulas can be mixed and matched to create a perfect blend for every curl type. For example, since waves can get limp, a curl cocktail composed of Bb.Curl defining crème and Bb.Curl conditioning mousse can give some extra lift. Girls with spirals could benefit from a blend of the primer and mousse: the primer gives a soft hold, while the mousse softens and defines. A mix of the primer and defining crème gives a blend of hold and light moisture to ringlets, while the defining crème and gel-oil provide nice definition to coils. Finally, girls with corkscrew curls will benefit from using the primer with gel-oil, as this mixture adds weight and moisture to dense hair.

Bumble and bumble Bb.Curl collection is available at Bumble network salons, Sephora, select Bloomingdale’s, Bluemercury, Space NK and bumbleandbumble.com.
