Burberry Cosmetics Spring/Summer 2016 Runway Makeup Collection
Burberry has just released the Velvet & Lace Makeup range, which is inspired by this season's runway look. Burberry Prorsum Ready-to-Wear Spring Collection for 2016 was a mishmash of all things that Christopher Bailey, e Chief Creative and chief executive officer of Burberry, really loves. There were obvious military influences, long silk grungy skirts, kilts, and sculpted lace dresses. Delicate lace dresses were paired with soft cashmere regimental-style jackets and capes, while the color palette was kept neutral.

One of the biggest trends backstage, at the Spring 2016 shows, was using multiple lipsticks in rotation. Wendy Rowe, who has been creating the beauty looks for the Burberry shows for the last 15 years, alternated between using lipsticks in Oxblood and Nude Beige. She also created an illusion of perfectly fresh, radiant complexion, by playing with highlights and shadow, instead of contouring and highlighting. Here, she explains how to get the complete look:
Burberry compiled the gorgeous Velvet & Lace Makeup Collection for you to re-create the look. And, these are all the products Wendy Rowe used for the Burberry Spring/Summer 2016 runway show.
