Burberry Siren Red Collection for Spring 2013

Here’s a first look at Burberry’s upcoming makeup collection designed for Spring and Summer of 2013.

The new Burberry collection is a true celebration of femininity. The range is inspired by the Burberry Prorsum Spring/Summer 2013 runway collection. This haute couture collection was very playful and sexy, perhaps even a bit vintage and old-fashioned, but in a very good way. For spring of 2013, Burberry recommends soft and gleaming satin and cotton sateen in luscious deep-pink shades. This seasonal collection is designed by Christopher Bailey who drew inspiration from century old images of capes and corsets, which are now re-imagined in contemporary materials - such as sateen, lace, leather, and plastic – and painted into playful bold colors that look both sexy and fresh.

The same line of inspiration is transferred into this powerfully feminine collection, with introduction of new radiant shades to the Burberry Eyes, Burberry Glow and Burberry Lips lineups. Burberry Lip Glow arrives in a new limited edition shade named Pink Sweet Pea.
