The house of Chanel presents Le Rouge Crayon de Couleur, its playful new crayon-format lip color.

Le Rouge Crayon de Couleur, which is a part of Chanel’s makeup collection for Spring 2017, debuts in January next year. The new, versatile lip color, a hybrid between a lipstick and a lip liner, is designed for total fun and total freedom. For Chanel, playing with color is an art, but also an endless game. A game with one single rule – to break with the rules, and reinvent them!

As Chanel explains, the rules of the game are to place your bets on a single color, by picking your favorite shade, and trace the contours of a new territory, while going outside of your safe zone… These quirky new lip crayons are designed for ladies who, despite of their age, are young at heart, and who dare to follow their own intuition and experiment with color. The possibilities of this game are endless, and everyone’s a winner.

Chanel Le Rouge Crayon de Couleur launches January 15, 2017. Each of its 12 lovely shades retails at €34. Johnny Depp's daughter Lily-Rose Melody Depp, 16, appears as -the face the promotional campaign.
