Chanel Beauty started presenting limited edition products for the winter Holiday season at the end of October 2017. One of this year's exclusives includes shimmering body gel scented with fresh, powdery and sophisticated Chanel N°5.

N°5 Fragments D'Or (or N°5 Gold Fragments) is described as a silky, shimmering body gel infused with the iconic Chanel N°5 fragrance and accented with delicate flecks of golden glitter. It smells of  May Rose and Jasmine notes, as the key ingredients found at the heart of the N°5 aldehydic-floral bouquet.

The gel is inspired by the legendary perfume developed in 1921, when Gabrielle Chanel asked Ernest Beaux to create "a woman's perfume with the scent of a woman". After he  presented her with variations of the composition rich in aldehydes, she chose the fifth sample  and decided to name it simply N°5.

Chanel N°5 Fragments D'Or is available in a 250 ml bottle as a limited edition for the price of $90.00. It is to be applied in touches on pulse points,  across the décolleté, or anywhere you want to highlight.
