Clinique Sweet Pots Sugar Scrub + Lip Balm

Clinique, one of the biggest skin care and cosmetics brands on the market, has just introduced a new product – the Sweet Pots Sugar Scrub + Lip Balm. This cute and versatile product, inspired by the famous French macaroons, is a dual-purpose product, which serves both as a lip scrub and a lip balm.

The double sided round Sweet Pots feature a sugar-based exfoliator on one side, and a hydrating balm on the other. The scrub is used to gently exfoliate lips, and it comes quite handy, especially during cold winter months when the air gets dry and cold, so our lips more easily become dry, chapped, and crusty. Of course, the scrub will come handy anytime you want to smooth your lips to perfection. The scrub is formulated with beet sugar granules, and a special blend of nourishing oils including jojoba seed oil, shea butter, avocado oil, and grapeseed oil.

The balmy part of the Sweet Pot is a moisture-infusing lip tint that nourishes the lips and delivers a sheer, long-lasting pop of color that promises a 6-hour shine. As explained by Clinique, the shades are inspired by the flavors of macaroons, and there are six of them to choose from:

• Red Velvet
• Orange Blossom
• Pink Framboise
• Sweet Rose
• Candied Cassis
• and a limited edition Citron Bleu

Clinique Sweet Pots are available for purchase at Debenhams, for £15 each. The product is hitting the shelves worldwide on January 15, 2016. In the United States, the Sweet Pots are priced at $19.50, and available at Macy's.
