Elemis introduces the Biotec Collection

The house of Elemis has just introduced the Biotec skin care range, which is inspired by some of the most effective professional treatments offered in Elemis’ salons and spas. The Biotec range is developed to help energize skin, increase its cellular power, and re-boot its performance. This pioneering skin care collection, comprising three highly effective products, enhances visible skin health for a vibrant, freshly revived skin.

The Biotec range is described as a powerful wake-up call to dull and tired skin. As we age, and our lifestyles become more busy and stressful, our skin loses energy and gradually starts to appear tired, dehydrated, and dull. Changes in our lifestyle, such as ageing, UV exposure, stress, smoking, poor diet, medication, or even menopause, may cause visible skin problems, related to poor cellular functions. The Elemis Biotec collection comprises BIOTEC Skin Energising Day Cream (£75), BIOTEC Skin Energising Night Cream (£85), and BIOTEC Skin Energising Cleanser (£39.50). The Day Cream and Night Cream are dual complex. The white chamber contains phyto-bioactive, amber, and a blend of Succinic Acid, Lactic Acid and Ferulic Acid, to propel cell turnover. The green chamber contains a complex of zinc and copper, which improves skin’s natural bio-electricity and its overall energy levels. The formulas are kept separate because green phase needs to be kept in a water-based solution, in order to remain inactive until it reaches the skin! This is when the magic happens, as zinc and copper burst only on contact with skin.

BIOTEC Skin Energising Day Cream is enriched with electrolytes, anti-oxidants and water plantain peptides to hydrate and nourish all day long. The cream noticeably improves the appearance of skin tone, refreshes skin, and leaves it looking smooth, youthful, and revived.

The cleanser is charged with the same trio of acids (Succinic, Lactic and Ferulic), mineral trace elements, and cleansing complex. It washes off easily, removes surface oils and impurities, while leaving the complexion looking fresh, energized, and revived.
