Giorgio Armani is getting ready to launch its new prestige beauty product Rouge Ecstasy Lipstick.

Giorgio Armani Rouge Ecstasy lipstick is, in the words of the brand, the first „triple c lipstick.“ This means that Rouge Ecstasy combines color, comfort and care, which makes it an innovative hybrid product that beautifully merges makeup and skin care benefits.

Giorgio Armani Rouge Ecstasy Lipstick features a classic solid lipstick formula but it nicely melts on the lips, giving the rich intensity of a lipstick combined with 12-hour moisturization and soothing, restoring benefits. Even though it melts to resemble a lip balm, the lipstick has a higher viscosity than a classic balm, which means that it stays put and doesn't migrate on the lips. The product is based on the Melting Cream Complex, which decreases the oily pastes in lipstick and replaces it by the highest concentration of moisturizing pastes ever reached in a lipstick. The solid waxes, typically used in lipstick formulas to solidify liquid oils, were also decreased to maintain the comfort of lightness. In addition, the formula features a water magnet agent that captures external moist and locks it in the lip cellular tissues.

Giorgio Armani Rouge Ecstasy Lipstick is available in 36 shades, which are divided into three sub-categories:

Incognito - beiges and browns;
Fatal - and purples, and
Eccentrico features - corals and pinks.

The shades are based on Kaleidoscope Pearls technology, which allows light on the surface of the lips to change the appearance of color. This lipstick actually keeps diffusing a colored light, which makes the color more vibrant. Each of the 36 shades is universally flattering, and it is suitable for any mood of the day. The lipsticks retail for $34, and they will be available for purchase starting from September 2013. In the United States, Giorgio Armani Rouge Ecstasy Lipstick will be sold at Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Sephora and select Bloomingdale’s and Armani boutiques.
