Givenchy Acoustic Colors for Fall/Winter 2012

Here’s a sneak peek at Givenchy’s brand new collection designed for Fall/Winter season of 2012. The information is completely unofficial, and all that I have for now are product images and a wonderful advertising poster photographed by Willy Vanderperre.

Givenchy’s Fall 2012 collection is named Acoustic Colors, and it should probably arrive on the market somewhere in late summer. The face of the campaign is a gorgeous dark beauty - Querelle Jansen, a Duch fashion model, who already appeared on ads of many renowned fashion and beauty houses such as Marc Jacobs, Prada, Burberry, DKNY, etc.

The collection emphasizes bold smoky eye and brightly colored lips, giving us a glimpse into the upcoming makeup trends. According to some sources, Liv Tyler has also contributed to this collection with two shades of lip color.

Givenchy Acoustic Colors Le Prisme Yeux Quator is a limited edition eye shadow quad nested in a luxurious black lacquered case. The shades included in the palette are: Golden Light, Iced Chesnut, Opalescent Black, and Pink Plum.

Givenchy Gelee D’interdit Acoustic arrives in the Wild Rose shade (No. 18), paired with the same shade of Rouge Interdit Shine Acoustic (No. 29). Two other lip colors Gloss Revelateur De Liv and Rose Revelateur de Liv are apparently designed by Liv Tyler (clear and bright pink). Interesting thing about this clear gloss is that it actually turns to pink once it touches the lips. The secret behind its magic lies in complex chemical reactions between lip pH and the formula.

Le Prisme Visage also arrives in a new shade, along with a new limited edition shade of Givenchy Vernis – Acoustic Purple.
