Guerlain is launching a new product in its Terracotta line – the Guerlain Terracotta Joli Teint, which is actually the very first beautifying foundation for an instant sun-kissed glow, with broad spectrum SPF 20 sunscreen.

Guerlain Terracotta Joli Teint is based on a unique new formula that combines beautifying perfection of the foundation with a wealth of skin care benefits. The Joli Teint delivers a gorgeous sun-kissed glow to the skin, while eliminating all signs of tiredness and dullness. It promises healthy, radiant skin and 3 weeks of sun in just 3 seconds, as if you just returned from the summer holiday.

Guerlain Terracotta Joli Teint features a weightless, transparent formula that is available in five different shades, which are consistent with the shades of Guearlain Terracotta powders. This means that the Joli Teint can be easily combined with existing Guerlain Terracotta bronzers. 

This liquid foundation should be applied with a large brush, using Guerlain’s figure 3 gesture: move the brush from the forehead to the cheekbones and down to the chin to recreate the sun’s natural glow. It instantly evens the skin tone, glides over the skin and melts into a fine silky veil of radiance. The formula contains soft-focus powders, which are responsible for a blurring effect, and intelligent pigments coated with a biomimetic filmogenic polymer, which are making the skin smoother and more even.

Other ingredients found in the formula are chlorella extract, which improves the microcirculation, nourishes and tones the skin; nasturtium extract, which improves skin’s radiance and vitality; and SPF 20, which protects the skin from sun-induced ageing.

Guerlain Terracotta Joli Teint should be applied every morning, to protect the skin from environmental hazards and sun. The shades available are: Clear, Natural, Medium, Dark, and Ebony. The product is delivered in a 30ml tube and priced at € 48,00 EUR.
