Hourglass is launching its new Modernist Eyeshadow Palettes, each composed of five different shades that blend one into another while creating a beautiful three dimensional surface.

The Hourglass Modernist Eyeshadow Palettes are truly unique. Not only because they look delicious and attractive, but also because they feature a soft, almost creamy, formula that promises a new level of control for blending and picking up pigment. There are three color harmonies available, and each of them brings five different shades in a range of finishes, from mattes to satins. As Carisa Janes, Hourglass CEO, explains: “Eye shadow palettes, with their flat surfaces and defined borders, can be so confining. I wanted to curate a collection of eye shadows with a versatile, continuous spectrum. Much like an artist’s palette, Modernist is designed to inspire an endless number of looks with its sculptural depth and definition.”

The innovative formula promises a superior level of blendability, a superior control for picking up pigment, and long-wearing, crease-resistant results. Each shade is perfectly balanced to work with other colors from the same palette, while shimmery shades allow to be applied both wet and dry, for more dramatic or sheer color payoff. The finely milled creamy formula allows you to create seamless color transitions, for an infinite range of creative eye looks.

The Hourglass Modernist Eyeshadow Palettes are available in seven different color harmonies. As you can see, of them revolves around its own chromatic theme.

Atmosphere - cool neutrals palette: Pale Ivory, Pale Pink, Taupe, Espresso, Charcoal

Monochrome – rose palette: Warm Ivory, Rose Nude, Peony Pink, Light Mauve, Dark Chocolate

Exposure – plums palette: Champagne, Aubergine, Bronze, Black Violet, Lilac

Graphite – smoky palette, Sephora exclusive: Warm Ivory, Copper Gold, Deep Brown, Gun Metal, Silver

Infitnity – warm neutrals palette: Warm Ivory, Dusty Rose, Bronzed Mauve, Cool Taupe, Dark Cocoa

Color Field – olive palette: Warm Ivory, Champagne Gold, Taupe Brown, Golden Olive, Forest Green

Obscura – earthy hues: Cream, Smokey Brown, Rose Gold, Coffee, Cool Bronze
