How to apply false lashes

False lashes are enjoying a renaissance for a last couple of years as a lot of women wear them to enhance their natural beauty. But if you want to look glamorous with false eyelashes you first have to master their proper application. MAC Cosmetics and their Senior Makeup Artist Jennifer Chen have just released a great video-tutorial to teach us hot to apply false lashes properly.

First of all, you’ll have to decide what kind of look you’re aiming to get, and to choose a set of lashes that suits you best. You’ll need a little bit of patience, lash curler and your favorite mascara. False lashes are typically delivered with lash adhesive which keeps your lashes in place.

First step would be to gently curve the lashes and coat them in a single layer of mascara. For more dramatic look, you can curl your bottom lashes as well. You will also need to customize the lashes to the length of your eye by cutting them on the ends, if needed. When the lashes are ready, apply a thin line of lash adhesive to your false lashes and gently bend them, while holding them to their ends, and wait for the lash glue to start drying down. Then all you need is just a little bit of concentration and you'll be looking great in a minute
