Introducing the Pai-Shau hair care

Pai-shau (Passion for Life) is the new hair care brand founded by the former CEO of Moroccanoil - Zohar Paz. The brand introduces itself as a lifestyle brand dedicated to being more than just a hair care product, a brand that derives its inspiration from worldwide cultures, and encourages each and every individual to reconnect with their authentic beauty.

A new haircare line, called Pai-Shau, is inspired by an ancient bathing ritual of Vietnamese people. In this ritual, the people of Vietnam use detoxifying tea, which helps to clean both body and mind. During a trip to Vietnam, Zohar Paz, discovered the treatment and decided to bring it back to West with his new range of products. The Pai-Shau range includes five different products - a serum, shampoo, conditioner, mask and styling cream – each powered by the proprietary Exotic Tea Complex. This staple ingredient is actually a blend of five steeped teas from around the world: black tea, green tea, pu-erh tea, white tea and African red leaf tea. The Complex is said to rejuvenate hair by strengthening, nourishing, and protecting it from environmental hazards. The formulas also include antioxidants, nourishing Panthenol, and vitamins B, C and E.

Launching exclusively at select salons at the end of May, the Pai-Shau products are priced from $26 to $45.

The signature product is Pai-Shau Biphasic Infusion, which is a rejuvenating concentrate for hair that contains the highest concentration of the brand’s proprietary Complex. In addition, it blends amino acids and oat protein to nourish the hair's structure, attract moisture and locking it inside. The product also works as a multipurpose primer for all hair types, and provides thermal and environmental protection. 120 ml.

There are two products aimed at boosting your hair design ritual: the Pai-Shau Style Soufflé, and the Pai-Shau Supreme Revitalizing Mask.

• The Style Soufflé is a lightweight, airy styling product formulated for all hair textures. It helps to retain moisture during styling process, and to give you control and manageability. The product creates volume and hold, while leaving your hair soft and supple. 250 ml
• The Supreme Revitalizing Mask is a 5-minute hydrating ritual that brings intense moisture to all hair types. The formula includes high-performance cationic polymers that infuse moisture into the hair, while creating anti-static barrier to protect the hair from environmental hazards. 280ml

Finally, the hydrating/cleansing ritual consists of Pai-Shau Replenishing Hair Cleanser, and Pai-Shau Replenishing Cream Conditioner.

• The Replenishing Hair Cleanser is a moisturizing shampoo that promises to restore youthfulness to your hair. The shampoo is formulated with a unique combination of amino acids and essential vitamins and minerals + the proprietary Exotic Tea Complex. According to the brand, you will feel a difference from the very first use, as your hair becomes soft and naturally shiny. 250 ml
• The Replenishing Cream Conditioner brings back moisture to dry and brittle hair, while replenishing its natural shine. The formula blends rice amino acids to strengthen the hair, with hydrolyzed oat proteins to calm the cuticle and restore luster. Infuses moisture without adding weight, so that your hair always looks soft and supple. 250 ml
