Kat Von D reveals Alchemist Holographic Palette

The highly anticipated Alchemist Holographic Palette by Kat Von D is finally available for purchase! This intriguing new launch is an eye, lip and face transformer palette featuring four holographic shades inspired by the ancient science of Alchemy!

Believe it or not, it took Kat Von D seven years to design, develop, and perfect the new holographic formula. Inspired by Alchemy, a philosophical and protoscientific tradition of transforming matter into other substances, the Alchemist Holographic Palette is made up of the most versatile formula that Kat has ever created. Each of these gorgeous multi-purpose shades is originally formulated as an eyeshadow, but it can also be used as a highlighter, or a top-coat transformer on both lips and eyes. What makes it so unique is that it’s highly pigmented and, at the same time completely iridescent!

Formulated with Double Dimension Technology, this unique formula is ideal for creating a spectrum of radiant, special effects, by layering Alchemist over eye shadow and lipstick. Each of the shades acts as a color filter, as it catches the light from every angle, for a full spectrum of luminizing effects. The shades are formulated using 360° refractive pearls, dipped in a prismatic coating.

Each of the shades can be used on its own, or as a universal top coat. The hybrid formula also doubles as a shimmering highlighter, as it delivers ethereal iridescence. The palette contains 4 0.05 oz/ 1.53 g shades in:

• Emerald – green
• Sapphyre –blue
• Amethyst – ultra-violet
• Opal - pink

The Kat Von D Alchemist Holographic Palette is presented in a completely original packaging. Instead of the traditional rectangular boxes, this one is shaped like an iridescent white triangle. The top of the case is embossed with an intricate letter "A" and decorative scrollwork, designed by Kat herself. Inside the box you’ll find a mirror and four new prismatic transformers. As you can see, they all appear to be four different nuances of a basic white eyeshadow, but the shades will transform once they land on your skin!
