La Prairie is launching a new product - Cellular Eye Essence Platinum Rare – designed for the proper care of the eye area, which is something that is essential for youthful-looking, long-lasting beauty.

La Prairie Cellular Eye Essence Platinum Rare is designed to nourish and protect the most-delicate skin around your eyes. The skin around eyes is prone to aging not only because of the constant movements such as blinking or smiling, but also because it is less resistant to environmental exposure and stresses. The newest member of La Prairie’s popular Platinum Collection combines cutting-edge technology and revolutionary delivery to give you targeted solution to transform the eye area. The product is described as a low viscosity gem serum that looks like a pearl of quicksilver. In reality, each drop of the Cellular Eye Essence Platinum Rare is actually based on La Prairie’s proprietary Cellular Complex, which is a blend of various peptides, lifters, skin-tighteners, lighteners, moisturizers, rechargers and anti-oxidants + the precious namesake ingredient: Platinum.

The base of this luxurious formulation is named Platinum Peptide, a compound based on platinum particles fused with age-defying Tetrapeptide.
