Lancome just launched their new 2011 Summer Collection which, from the first glance at the promotional image, makes you think about the summer leisure, beaches, clear blue sky, water and sand. Beautiful and refreshing, the collection boasts a natural mix of tones, ranging from tawny brown to bright azure, for the eyes, and lovely fruity nuances of berry red, soft rose and light pink, for the lips.

Bronze Azure collection is based on the light formula that feels comfortable on the skin, and helps you keep the fresh looking appearance even when the temperatures rise too high. Careful selection of colors fits perfectly to casual summer wear and completes your look even on the beach.

Perhaps the most interesting in the collection is the Desert Rose Blush Subtle Shimmering Blush, which combines different shades of bronze, berry red, soft rose and light pink, to give your skin a subtle glow and highlight your summer tan. This is an all-over powder, best applied with a powder brush that comes in the casing.

Star Bronzer Long Lastign Bronzing Powder delivers a natural sun-kissed glow all over the year, but it has a special place in summer collection since it contains light-reflecting pigments to ensure a radiant and equally tanned makeup result. It is smooth and comfortable to wear. Available in three colors: 01 Lumière, 02 Solaire, and 03 Riche.

Lancome also offers two limited edition Color Design Palattes in cool and warm variation. Molten Shore combines shades of beige, teal, metallic plum and brown, while Heat Wave features soft shades of gold, peach, copper and brown.
