Lipstick Queen Lipsticks and Glosses for Fall 2015
Poppy King, the world-famous creator of lipsticks and the owner of the Lipstick Queen brand, will launch two new collections in Fall 2015. While September sees the launch of the Seven Deadly Sins line, the All That Jazz collection will bow in October 2015.
The Seven Deadly Sins collection pays a delightful tribute to Poppy’s very first set of lipsticks that came out in 1992. When Poppy was only 18, she started her first lipstick brand in Australia. As she charmingly explained on numerous occasions: “MAC and Bobbi Brown had just launched in the US, but they weren't in Australia yet. I could only buy very ‘80s corals and pinks. What I wanted were matte reds, browns, and burgundies that felt more 1940s-esque. ” Her debuting lipsticks, that were named after the seven deadly sins, had earned her no less than a$1 million in the first eight months. The shades named Lust and Gluttony were most popular at the time…. In 2015, Poppy King introduces a 7-piece range of lip glosses inspired by the same classification of vices borrowed from the Christian ethics. The names of individual shades have been slightly changed, but Lust makes a glorious comeback in a completely new formula. There will be seven shades to choose from, and each will be priced at £22. Here is the exclusive sneak preview pic of the upcoming range:

- Vanity - wine,
- Avarice - nude peach,
- Decadence - fuchsia,
- Envy - purple,
- Anger - red-coral,
- Indolence - nude pink and
- Lust - deep red.
Lipstick Queen All That Jazz range comprises four new lipsticks with silky soft, nourishing formulas. The finish is described as a molten metal-like shine, and it comes in four different shades (each priced at £24.). The outer packaging evokes the look of lapis lazuli, a deep blue semi-precious stone with golden inclusions of shimmering pyrites.

- Hot Piano - red with scarlet pearls,
- Cool Gin - pink nude with gold pearls,
- Whoopee Spot - purple with turquoise pearls and
- Paint the Town - deep red with fuchsia pearls.
