A long time ago, somewhere in June last year, MAC announced the brand new Archie’s Girls-inspired collection for Spring 2013. Finally, the brand has released the official information and the promotional photos, so we can finally take a first look at the range!

MAC Archie’s Girls Collection is inspired by Betty and Veronica characters from the Archie’s Girls comic book series. The contrasting characters of the girls are now captured in two color collections, presented in exclusively designed cases and boxes. One of them replicates the girl-next-door blonde Betty look, while the other one recreates the beauty look of spoiled rich-girl, brunette Veronica. The collection launches online in just a couple of days, on January 30, 2013. It will be available in NYC MAC Stores from January 31, 2013, and in all other locations from February 7, 2013 to April 4, 2013.

MAC Betty Lipstick is offered in three innocent shades. The brown plum is a repromote shade, and I’m sure that a great number of fans will be excited to hear that it is again available for purchase. MAC Betty Lipstick retails at $16.50 and it comes in following shades:

Girl Next Door - Vivid blue pink
Betty Bright - Light vibrant peach
Oh, Oh, Oh - Sheer brown plum

MAC Betty Lipglass is also available in three light and discrete shades. Each of them is priced at $16.50.

Summer Sweetheart - Light peach
Stay Sweet - Light lavender pink
Kiss & Don’t Tell - Bright coral

MAC Betty Pearl Glide Intense Eye Liner is also priced at $16.50, and it arrives in two universally flattering shades:

Lord It Up - Bronze with pearl
Black Swan - Black with gold pearl

MAC Betty Pigment is available in light neutral coral shade named Cream Soda. This versatile product is priced at $22.00. It can be used all over the face, on body, or used as an eyeshadow or a powder blush.

MAC Betty Face Powder in Flatter Me is priced at $30.00. It has a golden peach base with coral hearts. The base is a Shell Pearl Beauty Powder while the hearts embossed on the surface consist of Foolish Me Powder Blush.

MAC Betty Caramel Sundae Eyeshadow Palette combines four harmonious shades of eye shadow, packed together in a limited edition case and priced at $44.00. This color harmony is ideal for delicate and discrete, decent daily makeup.

MAC Veronica Lipstick, priced at $16.50, brings three new shades in the purple-red color harmony:

Boyfriend Stealer - Deep blackened plum

MAC Veronica Lipglass, priced at $16.50, brings the same colors in a fresh glossy formula:

MAC Veronica Pearlmatte Face Powder in Veronica’s Blush has a silvery pink base with deep pink hearts. The base is made of Play it Proper beauty powder, while the hearts consist of Frankly Scarlet blush. This product retails at $30.00.
