March sees the launch of the Future Forward collection, which is said to be the first of an ongoing series of collaborations with a new generation of today’s rising pop stars! As announced by the Estée Lauder Companies-owned beauty magnate, the Future Forward campaign is all about celebrating a powerful new generation of women who are reshaping the future of music. The collection comprises four limited edition products, each channeling one of the female muses, and epitomizing the core of her own creative force through a color statement!

With the Future Forward range MAC hits different fan bases, as these four products are a reflection of the artists’ differences. Each of them has a completely unique style and a unique music sensibility. As MAC Creative Director James Gager explained, the collection represents an effort to help push these artists forward in their careers.

MAC x Tinashe Times Nine Palette, available March 17, is designed in collaboration with the R&B artist, comprises eight colorful eyeshadow shades, each named after Tinashe's tracks. As Tinashe explained, she got to design the packaging, hand-pick the shades, and create something that she felt like she would also use. $32

MAC x Dej Loaf Lipglass, launching April 14, is a glittery brown lip gloss inspired by Dej’s onstage persona. $15

MAC x Halsey Lipstick, launching March 31, is a gunmetal blue shade, which represents what it means to be Halsey. The unique hue symbolizes the artist’s never-ending transformations, and an escape from one predictable look. Hasley also associates this cool blue hue with her creative color, and she even uses it for the onstage lighting. MAC Halsey lipstick is packed in a unique blue packaging, decorated with the artist’s signature. $17

MAC x Lion Babe Liquidlast Liner, launching April 28, is a glistening gold liquid liner designed to create a very clean, crisp line. It also doubles as a body bronzer. The product is packed in a unique gold-colored outer box decorated with Lion Babe's logo, which is actually the artist's handwriting. The same motif appears on a neon sign displaying the band's logo, which Lion Babe uses for her shows. $21
