MAC Holiday 2012 Makeup Collection and Gift Sets

Here's another of our exclusive previews! I'm always excited when I have some early info on upcoming makeup collections to share with you guys. This time, I'm writing about MAC's Holiday 2012 Makeup Collection & Gift Sets, which most probably arrive on the market on November 6.

The range is inspired by the elegance of the black bow, which is also the motif used to adorn the packages of the holiday collection. In addition to the Holiday Collection, November sees the launch of a couple of very cute Brush Sets, Lip Sets and Eye Makeup Sets, which are all presented in trendy leopard-printed bags.

This is just a sneak peek article, to give you a glimpse at what's cooking in MAC's creative workshops, so there are no pricing information at the moment. Moreover, we don't even know the names of the products, yet. What we do know, however, is that everything offered this holiday season is going to be released in a limited edition, and that it looks wonderful! Enjoy!

MAC Holiday 2012 Face, Eyes & Lip Palettes will bring one lipstick, one oil-absorbing powder and one eyeshadow.

MAC Face Palettes for Holiday 2012 will be offered in three color harmonies, each combining three eye shadows, a duo of lip colors, one powder shade and a mini double-ended brush (275 eye shadow brush/ 316 lip brush)

MAC Holiday 2012 Eyeshadow Palette will be presented in a special anniversary packaging with cute little black bow on top. Each of the palettes includes an eye shadow brush and five lovely colors. There will be three color harmonies available:

• Pinks - Taupeless, Satin Taupe , Love Spice, Spellcaster, Black Slip
• Greens - Blonde Mink, Magical Mist, Brun, Enviable, Smut
• Oranges - Glamour Light, Retrospeck, Honesty, Cognac, Sketch

One of the holiday favorites are certainly MAC's dazzling pigments. This year, the pigments are available in three makeup sets, each combining four different shades. The Pigment Sets are packed in a lovely mint-colored box, decorated with a black bow.

MAC Holiday 2012 Leopard Lip Gift Set arrives in two color harmonies: a nude orange and bright pink. Both of them include one cremesheen gloss, one lipstick, a mini lip liner, and a fashion gloss – all packed in a leopard print cosmetic bag.
