MAC to launch Good Luck Trolls Collection

MAC Cosmetics has just announced a new cheerful collection inspired by the furry-haired troll dolls! Troll dolls were originally created in 1959, and became one of the most popular dolls in 1960’s. During the 1990s, several video games and a video show were created based on troll dolls, while in in 2005, the brand was modernized under the name Trollz. This year, the troll doll returns as an American 3D computer-animated musical comedy film based on the Troll dolls by Thomas Dam. The film, which is scheduled to be released in November 2016, is produced by DreamWorks Animation, directed by Mike Mitchell, and co-directed by Walt Dohrn, with Anna Kendrick and Justin Timberlake providing the voices of the main characters.

To celebrate the occasion, MAC announces its new Good Luck Trolls Collection as a crazy colored range! In the words of MAC Cosmetics SVP James Gager: “We are so happy we can put the spotlight on them again. MAC Good Luck Trolls Collection debuts online, at maccosmetics.com, on July 28, 2016. The vibrant, colorful range will be hitting the shelves on August 4.
