Maddona, Iconix Group’s and Macy’s are joining their forces this summer to expand her well known brand, Material Girl, into the exciting realm of beauty, intimates,sleepwear, and programs in denim, outerwear and social dresses!
As far as we know by now, the new Material Girl beauty line will debut in just a couple of weeks, on August 15. The line will embrace a selection of lip glosses, nail polishes, body sprays and lotions. The eye palettes will hit the stores a bit later, on September 15.

The public face of the brand is again Madonna’s 14 year-old daughter, Lourdes Leon. Here is what she said in an interview with WWD: “It was so much fun getting to pick all of my favorite scents for the Material Girl body products and lip glosses. The body products have fun names like Wicked Watermelon, Flirty Fruit, Midnight Magnolia and Sinful Sugar. I chose scents that I loved.”

The Material Girl beauty products will retail from $7 to $12. There are about 10 different shades of nail polish, 12 variants of lip gloss and six different scents for various body-care products. The eye palettes, consisting of four eye shadows, an eye pencil and a dual-end applicator will come in two versions: “Soft & Pretty” and “Smoky and Sexy.”
