Manhattan Cosmetics the Oktoberfest Collection

Manhattan cosmetics launches a special makeup collection to honor the upcoming Oktoberfest! Oktoberfest is one of the most popular festivals in Europe, held annually in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. This is the world’s largest fair with more than 5 million people attending every year, often associated with a lot of fun and consumption of large amounts of fantastic Bavarian beer and local delicacies. Even though it is dubbed Oktoberfest, this year’s manifestation starts on September 17 and lasts until October the 3th.

Manhattan Cosmetics the Oktoberfest Collection

Manhattan’s Oktoberfest Collection will hit counters in Germany at the start of September, and in Switzerland at the start of October, and will be available for 8 weeks. The items of this collection are decorated with a special pretzel logo and lovely pretzel encircled caps.

A special item of the collection is a mini Sigg water bottle adorned with traditional Bavarian motifs. This item is signed by high-end Dirndl designer Lola Paltinge and it will be sold at Sigg’s Web site for 17.90 euros, or $25.75.

Other items include a set of blotting papers in red-and-white-checked packaging, for 2.99 euros, or $4.30 at current exchange rates. The blotting papers are used to instantly absorb excess oil to reduce shine, without drying out your skin. They can be used even over the makeup.

Oktoberfest Baked Rouge in four shades comes with a delicate baked texture and perfectly intense color. The shades are named Zuckerl Rose, Dirndl Love, Wiesn Fever, Pink Gaudi and priced at 5.99 euros, or $8.62;

Oktoberfest Lipstick in four trendy shades. The lipstick is based on long lasting formula, it provides high coverage and lasting color. Priced at 4.99 euros, or $7.18,

Oktoberfest Mini Mascara in a practical small bottle that is just perfect for on-the-go. It lengthens and defines your lashes, while coating them in a bold black color. Retails for 3.99 euros, or $5.74.
