NARS launches Tahiti Bronze Collection

NARS Cosmetics welcomes the upcoming summer with its seasonal Tahiti Bronze Collection. The collection, which is already available for purchase at Selfridges, and Nars online, is inspired by the exotic island of Monu Tane, located in the Tahitian archipelago near Bora Bora. As you could have imagined, the Tahiti Bronze range encapsulates the spirit of summer, its radiance, smell, and warm, bronzy hues.

The Tahiti Bronze Collection comprises no more than five different products, including NARS’s iconic Monoï Body Glow, in both sparkling and clear versions, Laguna Bronzer, and two limited edition novelties: Liquid Laguna Bronzer, and Monoï Scented Candle. At some point, the new Liquid Laguna bronzer will become a part of the permanent range, as a replacement of the classic Laguna Bronzer.

NARS Laguna Liquid Bronzer, the most interesting piece of the collection, is everyone’s favorite Laguna, but in a liquid form. The cult favorite orange-tinted bronze with ultra-fine sparkle creates a warm, sun-kissed luminosity on your skin. This sheer, versatile bronzer can be worn in many different ways. You can use it for contouring and bronzing, to mimic the sun-kissed effect on the skin. Use it on bare skin, under your foundation, to create depth, or layer on top of the foundation to achieve a subtle radiance. The product can also be mixed with your favorite moisturizer or foundation, to create a unique, radiant shade. The Laguna Liquid Bronzer retails at $40.00

NARS Monoi Scented Candle is created to help inspire your senses with the aura of Tahiti. The candle is infused with Tahitian signature Monoi oil, blending the notes of tiare blossom, white frangipani, ylang-ylang, and vanilla transport and transfix.  This limited edition candle is completely free of paraffin wax, and instead it features rich essential oils. The burn time of the candle is approximately 70 hours, and it retails at $65.00.

The old friends, Nars Monoi Body Glow and Monoi Body Glow II are back with this collection. These multipurpose oils feature a blend of tiare blossom, white frangipani, ylang-ylang, and vanilla. The oil  can be used daily after bath, shower, sun exposure, or as a massage oil. Use it on skin, hair, and nails. The Monoi Body Glow, a darker, shimmering version of the oil, creates a rich, bronzed luster over the skin.

Finally, the cult favorite Laguna Tiare Bronzer is the original classic Laguna shade only now luxuriously scented with tiare flower essence. The diffused brown powder with golden shimmer warms and sculpts your skin on contact. It retails at $59.00
