NARS is getting ready to launch its new makeup collection, which is scheduled to hit the shelves on August 8, 2014. The collection is designed to coincide with fall-season fashion trends, driving the inspiration from the vintage aesthetics of the 1970’s mainstream fashion.

Everything about this range is utterly luxurious, as it replicates the make-up looks used by European fashion designers in the 1970s, with intense, feminine colors, glossy finishes and jewel-like tones. With this collection, NARS introduces its new NARS Night Series Eyeliner, which draws upon the success of NARS’ Single Eyeshadow series. 

The eyeliner is available in four different shades, each named after one of the NARS’s fabulous eyeshadows:

• 8028 Night Porter - black with green pearls
• 8025 Night Flight - black with cobalt pearls
• 8026 Night Clubbing - black with shimmering pearls 
• 8026 Night Bird - black with purple pearls.

NARS Duo Eyeshadows are introduced in two new shades:

• 3901 Dolomites – named after the mountain range located in northeastern Italy
• 3900 Jadin Perdu – which means “lost garden” in French

As always, NARS Duo Eyeshadows are nicely coordinated, highly pigmented, longwearing and crease resistant. They apply evenly and blend effortlessly, allowing you to work anything from subtle to smoldering effect. Priced at $35.00 each. NARS Matte Multiple is available in a shade named 1587 Mauritanie. This multipurpose stick features a unique creamy formula that blends nicely on eyes, cheeks, lips, and body, to create subtly tinted matte effect. $39.00 NARS Satin Lip Pencils are available in Bansar and Mandore. These lip colors are saturated with rich and bright color pigments. The convenient pencil-shaped lip color delivers a wealth of nourishing vitamins, intense color and satin finish.
