NARS novelties for Fall 2014

October sees the launch of NARS’s new All Day Luminous Powder Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 24 and the NARS skin Restorative Night Treatment.

As announced by the famous brand, for Fall 2014, NARS Cosmetics introduces two new products designed to give you the most perfect-looking skin. One of them is a restorative night treatment, formulated to rejuvenate the skin and promote its healthy-looking radiance, while the other one perfects the skin to provide medium coverage and shine control, along with a broad spectrum sun protection.

NARS All Day Luminous Powder Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 24 is a medium buildable foundation based on the NARS’s proprietary Light Reflecting Complex, which promotes the light reflection and accentuates skin’s translucency. In addition, the formula blends 17 different amino acids, Vitamin C derivative, and Marine Fennel, to boost cell turnover and prevent dark spots and wrinkles.

The All Day Luminous Powder Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 24 is formulated without parabens, oil, alcohol, fragrance or talc. It is easy to blend and apply using a simple sponge. Thanks to its versatile formula, application with a dry sponge will result in a naturally luminous finish, while dampened sponge delivers a soft-matte finish. The foundation is available in 13 shades:

• Siberia - Light with neutral balance of pink and yellow undertones
• Mont Blanc - Light with pink undertones
• Deauville - Light with a neutral balance of pink and yellow undertones
• Fiji - Light with yellow undertones
• Punjab - Medium with golden, peachy undertones
• Vallauris - Medium with pink undertone
• Santa Fe - Medium with peachy undertone
• Stromboli - Medium with olive undertone
• Barcelona - Medium with golden, peachy undertones 
• Syracus - Medium-dark with brown undertones 
• Tahoe - Medium-dark with caramel undertones
• Cadiz - Medium-dark with caramel and red undertones
• Macao - Medium-dark with yellow undertones

The other new product, NARSskin Restorative Night Treatment is ideal for use during the colder period of the year. It works overnight to replenish dull skin, while you wake up with a smoother, renewed and revitalized complexion. The unique gel-like formula melts into a weightless oil, right upon the contact with the skin, creating a subtle veil that locks-in moisture, boosts hydration by 146%, and contributes to more luminous appearance of the skin. The treatment is based on a nourishing blend of almond, plum and rice bran oils, which are loaded with antioxidant omega fatty acids. In addition, there are two botanically-derived extracts: Salicornia, which boosts moisture levels, and Alaria extract, which reduces the appearance of lines and wrinkles.

NARS All Day Luminous Powder Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 24 retails at $48, while the NARSskin Restorative Night Treatment costs $85.00.
