Neutrogena Bright Boost Collection Counteracts the Skin Sins of Millennials

According to a recent Neutrogena online study, conducted online among more than 1,100 U.S. millennial women age 23-38, the majority (84%) believes that healthy skin is glowing skin, while nearly two-thirds (66%) of them have noticed a shift in their skin's brightness.
