Pat McGrath Labs Phantom 002 Limited Edition Makeup Collection

The famous makeup artist Pat McGrath, who is also the creative design director of Procter & Gamble beauty, has debuted her first makeup product a couple of weeks ago. At the time, McGrath introduced her very first makeup product, called Gold 001. As she explains this unique gold pigment: „Gold 001 looks like pure metal, foil, gliding, brilliance. I have been working in the labs for years to see a pigment with this finish I knew once I touched it that it was major; there is something magnificent about its pure form that leaves me breathless." Less than two months after, Pat McGrath presents her new beauty innovation, which is called Phantom 002.

Unlike Gold 001, Phantom 002 is not a single product, but rather a capsule collection comprising four foil-finish pigments, a black inky base, a black eyeliner, and two brushes. This makeup kit is designed to help create underground looks that span decades. The multiuse pigments are offered in yellow-gold, burnished copper, fuchsia, and neon blue. As explained by McGrath, the pigments can be used anywhere from your eyelids to your lips, cheeks, and more... The formula is densely saturated, it holds on completely, won't bleed, and promises a lot of playtime...

The Black 002 Eye Gloss, the aforementioned black inky base, is actually a layering product designed to turn whatever is applied on top of it look like a multidimensional oil shine. McGrath has also designed a black eyeliner and two brushes — blending and flat — packed in a black holographic sequin-packed pouch. McGrath also said that she's working on her upcoming 003 launch, and that she's in the process of making a full cosmetics line under her own name.

Pat McGrath Phantom 002 is available from December 14, 2015, for $240.00, exclusively at patmcgrath.com. There are 1200 units available, but the purchase is limited to one per customer.
