The Coty-owned beauty brand Philosophy is rolling out a number of new products this month. Take a deep breath range welcomes new skin care additions that are specifically tailored for Millennials. As announced by Jill Scalamandre, chief marketing officer of skin care for Coty and senior vice president of Philosophy, the company took the existing Take A Deep Breath franchise and reinvented the formulas with a holistic approach. Among the new formulas is Take A Deep Breath Oil-Free Oxygenating Gel Cream, which is an oxygenating moisturizer powered by barley grass extract. This lightweight cream lets your skin breathe freely by creating an on-demand reservoir of oxygen that powers skin. The formula includes skin-friendly antioxidants to protect cells from environmental damage. The anti-pollution element is based on Philosophy's clean-air technology, which promises to give your skin a revitalized, glowing appearance. In addition to the photosynthesized barley leaf extract, the formula includes a blend of angelica, green coffee, bitter orange peel and pongamia. Ecotin, an amino acid derivative, protects the skin against pollution, while glycerin softens and moisturizes. Take A Deep Breath gel cream retails at $40 for 2 oz. and $14 for 0.5 oz.

Philosophy Take A Deep Breath Oxygenating Eye Gel Cream is a lightweight and refreshing cream designed for use in the thin under eye area. The eye cream is also powered on barley grass extract, with the addition of caffeine and peptides. This special blend of ingredients promises to reduce puffiness and dark circles.
