Philosophy Ultimate Miracle Worker Range

Philosophy, the famous wellbeing and beauty brand, has just launched the Ultimate Miracle Worker range, a whole new collection of skin care products that promises to revolutionize the sun-care market.

Two of the three new products have already launched worldwide, while a third one will be released in September 2015. As announced by Philosophy, the Ultimate Miracle Worker range is based on its new full-light spectrum technology, which not only protects our skin from UVA and UVB rays, but also from infrared and visible light.

In an interview for WWd, David Booth, vice president of Philosophy’s global marketing department, explained: “UVA and UVB make up only 7 percent of the light spectrum, while visible light and infrared comprise 93 percent and can induce 50 percent of free radicals that contribute to skin damage and premature aging… Ultimate Miracle Worker is our first anti-aging moisturizer to help protect, defend [and rejuvenate] your skin. It not only defends against the sun’s UVA and UVB rays, but also for the first time, targets both infrared and visible light. At the same time, our patented bi-retinoid works with active plant cells to help rebuild collagen and rejuvenate skin’s appearance, layer by layer.”

The revolutionary Ultimate Miracle Worker moisturizers are formulated with the in-house bi-retinoid and active plant cells derived from the iris flower. This special blend ensures deeper inter cellular penetration of actives, which also means less irritation and a significant improvement in collagen and elastin synthesis. In addition, the formulation contains a potent antioxidant mixture of angelica, bitter orange peel, pongamia, green coffee, green tea, ruby powder and titanium-dioxide-covered mica. Powder and mica are added for their light reflecting properties, while avobenzone, octinoxate and octocrylene work in synergy to filter UVA and UVB rays.

Philosophy Ultimate Miracle Worker Eye multi-rejuvenating eye cream broad spectrum SPF 15 is developed for the delicate eye area. This anti-aging cream features a blend of efficient skin rejuvenators, vitamin c, caffeine, and broad spectrum SPF. After a single use, the skin around the eyes appears moisturized and rested, while under-eye puffiness and wrinkles appear reduced after only 4 weeks of use. The product is priced at $75 for 0.5 oz.

Philosophy Ultimate Miracle Worker Night 2-in-1 Serum in Cream, will be available from September, priced at $80 for 2 oz. The product is announced as a powerful nightly antiaging treatment, which combines concentrated power of a serum, with the nourishing benefits of a cream. It also contains a double dose of active ingredients found in daytime moisturizers.
