Sephora's New Beauty Insider Program

Sephora has announced that its Beauty Insider program, launched six years ago, now offers even more beauty, more access, and a more personalized and easier way to shop at Sephora.

The Sephora Beauty Insider program is now revamped and introduced together with a new premium membership level and Sephora To Go App. Sephora’s Beauty Insider program is free to join, and it consists of two tiers. The basic one is Beauty Insider, and it provides the customer with seasonal promotions, product rewards, birthday gifts and member-only classes. The second tier is aptly named VIB – Very Important Beauty. The customer can qualify for this tier once they have spent $350 in a calendar year. The benefits associated with VIB membership are first dibs on new product, seasonal gifts, advance to sales and private shopping events. The newly introduced tier is named VIB Rouge and it brings even more benefits to the members. The tier launched on July 23, and it is only for the customers who spend at least $1000 in a calendar year. The benefits for VIB Rouge members include free shipping on all orders, unlimited access to The Beauty Studio, exclusive Rouge events and surprise gifts.

To celebrate the launch of the program, Sephora will motivate its customers from August 12 to 18, by offering double points for Beauty Insiders, triple points for VIB’s and quadruple for VIB Rouge customers. The customers will also be able to transfer their points to friends and family, to score 5,000- or 10,000-point rewards. The special prizes for a couple of the luckiest members will include a trip to Paris for two along with Marc Jacobs handbag filled with Make Up For Ever or the Marc Jacobs beauty products.
