The famous British celebrity hairstylist Tara Smith has just unveiled a brand new vegan hair-care line.

The Tara Smith's vegan hair-care line was unveiled this week at Marks & Spencer’s 18 beauty-hall locations, across the United Kingdon, with the help of some of the Smith's most famous clients - Rosario Dawson, Neve Campbell and Kiefer Sutherland. Smith have worked as Hemi Moore's personal hair stylist in Happy Tears, as the Head of Hair on the LA Leg of Sex and the City, and the hair department head for Quentin Tarantino's Death Proof.

Smith released her own line of natural hair products in October 2008, but this year brings an exciting extension to the offer – a full range of vegan products and a witty slogan “Tested on film stars, not on animals.” The products are created using the highest quality natural and organic ingredients, they're not animal-sourced and they're not tested on animals. Tara Smith's Vegan Hair-care Line includes ten products in total:

Tara Smith Feed the Root Shampoo and Conditioner – is formulated to give healthy and strong hair. It blends strengthening Beauplex VH vitamin and panthenol, smoothing Oligogeline seaweed extract and antibacterial tea tree oil.

Tara Smith Shine On Shampoo and Conditioner – a softening and strenghtening solution designed to promote growth of healthy hair. The formula blends wheat-derived Phytokeratin and Ginkgo Biloba, which work together to stimulate micro-circulation, strengthen the hair and soften the scalp.

Tara Smith Gorgeously Gentle Shampoo and Conditioner – blends panthenol oligogeline seaweed extract and aloe vera. These products are ideal for irritated skin which needs some extra tender care to calm and soothe.

Tara Smith Working Curls Shampoo and Conditioner – is designed especially for curly hair. It strengthens the hair, protects it from environmental effects, lubricates the hair and makes it look lively and fresh. In addition, the Working Curls products can also eliminate the frizz.

For each of the shampoos and conditioners, 100ml bottle retails at £5.00 while 250ml package costs £10.00

Tara Smith Shining Moment Glosser (£12.00) is formulated to moisturize the scalp and smooth the hair shaft, while Tara Smith Base Coat Serum smooths the hair shaft and works as an effective treatment for dry and damaged hair (£14.00).
