Urban Decay has just dropped a brand new highlighter palette! The latest highlighter to join Urban Decay’s lineup is the O.N.S. Afterglow Highlighter Palette, named after the soft rose-gold shimmer shade. Designed for Holiday 2017, the new colorway of Urban Decay's Afterglow Highlighter Palette combines four finely milled highlighting powders that go on sheer and blend effortlessly. The texture is extremely soft and creamy, so it applies beautifully in thick or thin layers.
