Urban Decay’s next launch is the all-new Vice Special Effects Long-Lasting Water-Resistant Lip Topcoat, an amazingly sparkly liquid lip color, designed to be worn on top of any lipstick shade!

This amazing, style-shifter debuts in five different shades, including metallics, iridescents, and sparkles, each formulated with insane amount of light-refracting pigments. The sheer, see-through liquid formula, creates a thin layer of glam on your lips, allowing you to transform your looks from all-business to party-all-night in a single swipe!

Wende Zomnir, Chief Creative Officer of Urban Decay, has teased the product on her Instagram, so we learned that this top coat debuts in mermaid green, electric blue, iridescent white, medium orchid, and purple. Urban Decay’s favorite muse - Ruby Rose, appears as the face of the promotional campaign.
