YSL Forever Youth Liberator

YSL Beauté prepares the grand return into the world of skin care! YSL company, famous for their high-quality fragrances and makeup products, introduces a major innovation from L’Oréal Research that has never been used in a skin care application before.

Their new line of skin care products – Forever Youth Liberator – is based on glycobiology. This science deals with the structure and function of glycians, which are crucial for skin’s inner ability to regenerate. Dr. Bruno Bernard, a research fellow at L’Oréal says that “Skin glycans are cellular keys to youthfulness,” and this new line uses a patented trio of synthetic glycans to improve the communication between cells, restructure and regenerate the skin.

The new line consists of essential skin care products, intended for women over 30: a serum, a cleansing mousse, lotion, cream, rich cream, eye cream and SPF 15 cream and lotion. The serum and under-eye cream are also available in special formulas adapted to the Asian market. Moreover, ladies from Japan will have a chance to try specially developed cosmetic water.

The line launches in January 2012, in Europe and Japan. It will become available in March 2012, in USA. Prices in France range from $59 for the 150-ml. cleansing mousse to $106 for the 50-ml. cream. The 30-ml. serum retails at about $100. (at current exchange rate)
