Yves Saint Laurent’s beauty squad has just announced the launch of its festive makeup range named Wildly Gold Christmas Collection for 2014.

YSL Wildly Gold Christmas Collection is hitting the shelves on November 5, 2014, just in time for the holiday gifting season. This small but utterly luxurious color cosmetics collection is inspired by the wild leopard print motif, which is much cherished by the house of Saint Laurent. Each of the items from this range adds a touch of wilderness to the original product design, featuring a black and gold patterned motif that echoes throughout the decorative details.

The central item of the collection is the YSL Palette Collector Wild Edition ($100), which arrives in a black leather case with gold-colored print that evokes the skin of a leopard. The case features a delicate satin tassel, which adds an additional touch of luxury to this collector’s item. On the inside, there are seven different shades – four eye shadows, ideal for smoky eye look (black, iridescent bronze, shimmering gold, and a highlighter shade), a pink blush, and Rouge Volupté in Sheer Candy + Rouge Pur Couture in Fuschia.

YSL Touche Éclat is, traditionally, featured in the seasonal Wild Edition ($49), but it still features the same celebrated formula that effortlessly disguises dark circles and adds radiance to the face.

YSL Rouge Pur Couture Vernis a Lévres Collector ($38) is offered in a hot red shade named Rouge Laque. The product combines the texture and shine of a gloss with the long-wear of a stain.

YSL Rock Sequins Couture Palette ($64) in No.1 Tuxedo, is a special, holiday edition of YSL’s bestselling eye shadow palette. It features a classic cool & neutral smoky eye palette with shades ranging from highlighter white to grey and black. Two of the shades are glittery, and suitable for exclusive nighttime looks. In its holiday edition, the case of the Tuxedo palette is graced with sparkling black sequins.
