Bourjois LINER EFFECT MASCARA WATERPROOF is an intensely  lengthening, root emphasising and waterproof mascara with a flexible new-generation, double-action brush that enables you to create a perfect doe-eyed look. The waterproof formula is resistant to smudging and is enriched with kohl to intensify the result.

  • Directions

    1) Use long bristles to stretch the mascara formula from root to tip.
    2) Use short bristles to deposit formula at the base of the lashes, emphasising roots for a liner effect.
