Illamasqua Fine Pencil is ideal for shaping and shading the eyebrows. It comes in a smudge-proof formula and four bold shades.

• Directions

  The smudge-proof formulation allows for extremely sharp lines to be created when applied directly onto the skin. Fine pencil can also be used to enhance eye-brow density when applied in light feather like strokes following the natural brow shape.
