Illamasqua Medium Pencil is smooth and creamy pencil that can be used on lips or to create lovely eye designs. Available in versatile shades.

• Directions

  Apply directly onto the skin to create bold lines, or alternatively apply on the palm of the hand and blend using the appropriate brush for the desired effect. Use shorter bristled brushes for an intense controlled colour pay-off and longer bristled brushes for softer diffused effects. Medium Pencil can also be used inside the waterline.
