  Suggested Usage:
  -For the longest lasting look, first coat your eyelid with Kat's High Voltage Eye Primer.
  -Use a brush or sponge applicator and apply around eye area to create your desired look.
  -Kat's True Romance Eyeshadow Pigments can be used wet or dry -and alone or layered to create numerous looks.
