• Directions

  Push you cuticles back and apply OPI Base Coat to clean and dry nails. Apply one stroke of your favorite shade down the center of the nail, and follow by one stroke along each side of the nail. Apply a second coat, and make sure to pull color over the tips of the nails. Seal your mani with one coat of OPI Top Coat.

• Ingredients

  OPI has reformulated its entire line of Nail Lacquers, Nail Treatments, and Nail Hardeners to eliminate DBP (dibutyl phthalate) and Toluene. Formaldehyde has never been an ingredient in OPI Nail Lacquers.
