Tarte Chrome Paint Shadow Pot, available in three colorways, is a dazzling mono eyeshadow designed to create a mirrored metallic effect. The shadow has a unique sheen of a cream or gloss, but it applies just like a regular eyeshadow formula - even with your fingers! Each of the three shades is infused with more than 80% of pure pearl pigments.
