Tarte Limited Edition Goddess Glow Highlighter is a custom-press golden champagne highlighter that builds natural radiance with concentrated gold flex. The surface of the powder, and its case, are adorned with beautiful decorative motifs inspired by Moroccan mosaics.

  Swirl a cheek brush over the custom-press highlighter & sweep onto high points of face, such as the cheek & brow bones, down the nose & cupid’s bow. You can also blend a sheer layer all over for an awakened glow.
