Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Skin Twinkle Lighting Palette combines three different highlighting shades, hand-picked to flatter any skin tone. This sleek strobing and highlighting palette promises to brighten up you complexion in a matter of minutes. The middle shade, named Filtered Ligiht, is a setting powder in a matte sand shade that also brightens and corrects dark circles under the eyes. The other two shades are Luminous perfecting powders in Sunlight and Moonlight.

• Directions

  Apply with tarte’s double-ended highlighter brush.
  Apply Filtered Light onto under-eye area to correct dark circles and brighten. It can also be used to illuminate high points of the face by applying Sunlight or Moonlight onto the top of the cheeks, nose, and brow-bones.
  Dust and blend any of the three shades all over the face for a natural, glowing effect.
