Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Twinkle Stick Highlighter is a highlighting and strobing stick for a long-wearing glow, infused with coconut, vitamin E, apple, and marine extracts. The twist-up highlighter has micro-pearl flecks suspended in a creamy conditioning formula. It glides on and blends easily leaving a concentrated glow that instantly catches the light.

  Add dimension to your cheekbones using the creamy, twist-up formula—just swipe it on and blend it with your fingertips. You can also apply to the nose, Cupid’s bow, inner corner and brow bones to look glowing all over. For the most intense strobing effect, layer each shade with the coordinating Skin Twinkle Vol. II Palette.
